Order Customization Process

At AMAANSA Fine Arts Studio, we believe that "Perfection is the antithesis of Authenticity." We adhere to this philosophy by prioritizing authenticity over perfection throughout the customization process. This dedication to authenticity can be observed in various aspects of the final product, from the intricate abstractions in the miniature painting to its coating.

Steps of Customization:

  1. Contact the Artist on WhatsApp: Before placing your order, initiate contact with the artist by clicking on the WhatsApp tab button (WhatsApp no: +91 8329222570). This allows for direct communication and ensures that your preferences are understood from the outset.
  2. Photo Quality Check: Not every photo can be painted. The artist will assess the quality of your photo to determine if it meets the criteria for painting. Discussions will revolve around various parameters of the photo to ensure the best possible outcome.
  3. Visualizing the Outcome: The artist will assist you in visualizing how your chosen photo and the emotions captured within it can be brought to life in the painting. Suggestions may be provided regarding minute changes that can enhance the final result.
  4. Limitations to Alterations: We do accepts orders where the customer wants to merge two different photos. However, It's important to note that due to the nature of miniature paintings (26mm diameter circle), significant alterations to the portrait's dimensions may not be feasible. Even small adjustments can drastically change facial structure. Therefore, it's advised to refrain from making too many changes. The artist will guide you on what adjustments are possible within the constraints of the medium.
  5. Free Consultation: The above customization process is provided free of charge. Once the details are finalized and you're satisfied with the proposed adjustments, you can proceed with placing the order, allowing us to commence the painting process.

 

We don't keep stock of all products. Each pendant contains an original, unique miniature painting. Upon receiving your order, we start the product-making process from scratch, beginning with the miniature painting. The entire process takes 3-4 days, after which your order will be shipped.

No two paintings can be the same, thus ensuring that your miniature painting is unique to you. Each painting is freshly created and issued with a 'certificate of authenticity.' Rest assured, we maintain the highest standards of quality, and only the best-quality miniature painting pendant is sent to you after internal assessment. Our internal parameter for achieving facial resemblance is >80%.

We take orders on a slot booking basis, allocating a special time for your order. You don't have to be present during this slot. Once the miniature painting is finished, we will contact you on WhatsApp with a raw image for your confirmation. Slight changes can be made based on your request. Since this is a hand-painted miniature painting, achieving perfection in the first attempt may not always be possible. For customer satisfaction, we offer up to 3 attempts. If the artist feels that they cannot achieve the authenticity of the photos after 3 attempts, your order will be cancelled from our end. This is rarely necessary, as we focus on creating the illusion of the real face using tiny brushes to achieve authenticity.

PS: In current pricing we only charge for getting the miniature painting done, rest of the chains and product finishing is free and expenses are bore by us.
