We are committed to providing reliable and secure delivery options for our valued customers. Please review the following guidelines regarding our shipping procedures:

 

Domestic Delivery Policy

  • Standard Delivery: within 4-8 days across India.
  • Express Delivery: within 3-5 days across India.
    • Expedited delivery options are available for domestic orders only. Please note that choosing express delivery does not affect the production time of your customized miniature painting.
  • Upon shipment, customers receive automated notifications containing tracking details to monitor the status of their orders.

 

International Delivery Policy

We extend our Delivery services globally to cater to our diverse clientele.

  • Estimated delivery timeframe of 12-25 days via air mode for international shipments. Please be aware that delivery times may vary based on your location and customs clearance procedures.
  • Tracking Information: Customers receive automated notifications on mail containing tracking details for their international orders.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are determined based on the destination country and will be displayed during the checkout process for transparency.
  •  ***Customs and Duties: We recommend customers familiarize themselves with their country's import regulations prior to placing orders. Import taxes, customs fees, and other duties may be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer. AMAANSA Fine Arts Studio cannot reimburse customers for duties or taxes incurred upon delivery or the subsequent delay in delivery.
    • EU/Canada customers, may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) and customs duties (above De Minimis Value) upon importation of goods from outside the EU/Canada. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Watch-Dial Shipments

Watch-dial commissions may involve the shipment of a customer-owned watch or watch dial to AMAANSA Fine Arts Studio and/or the subsequent shipment of the completed item to the customer.

Customer-Supplied Watches or Dials Sent to AMAANSA

Where a customer is required to send a watch or watch dial to AMAANSA, the customer is responsible for arranging appropriate packaging and shipment to AMAANSA.

Customers are strongly advised to use a reliable carrier and appropriate transit insurance for valuable watches or other high-value items.

AMAANSA is not responsible for loss or damage occurring before a customer-supplied watch or dial is received by AMAANSA, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Shipment from AMAANSA to the Customer

After completion of the commissioned work, AMAANSA will package the item with reasonable care and hand it over to the designated shipping carrier.

Once the completed shipment has been handed to the carrier, delivery and carrier handling are outside AMAANSA's direct control. Customers should retain the outer packaging and all shipping documentation until the item has been inspected.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers should photograph the package and the item before discarding any packaging and contact AMAANSA as soon as reasonably possible.

Watch Condition and Transit

AMAANSA's shipping service does not constitute insurance or a warranty for the underlying watch or its components. AMAANSA does not guarantee the continued functioning, timekeeping accuracy, battery life, water resistance, manufacturer's warranty, or service eligibility of an underlying watch during or after shipment or artistic modification.

International Customs

For international watch-dial shipments, customs authorities in the destination country may require additional information regarding the item, its value, its nature, or its purpose. Customers are responsible for providing any information reasonably required from them and for paying applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other destination-country charges.

Customs processing, inspection, delay, detention, or refusal of entry may affect delivery times and are outside AMAANSA's reasonable control.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
