Great craftsmanship, so-so outcome

The upside- 1. The person behind this is great. Great to talk to, great help in crafting and customizing pictures. He even mixed two separate pics to create a single piece for me. 2. His skill at painting is great too. Ive got a family of 4 painted recently. 3. Full points to nostalgia and engraving memories of loved ones. 4. Fully Handmade product with certification

The downside- 1. The finished product had dull colors. It seems bright with saturated color tones in the website pics, not so much in real. 2. Customisation options (not the painting) esp. for bigger pieces are limited, e.g. no option to add different rims or colors. 3. The cost- It was a gift for my wife who found it extremely satisfying, untill she saw the bill 😀.

I feel the amount of effort put in by the painter is huge, however it lacked a much required finsh to make the product really stand out. Im sorry if its too harsh 👍
