First, I would like to talk about the approach. The artist made me feel very comfortable during the initial phase of discussing the requirements. He patiently asked about my expectations, understood exactly what I wanted, and clarified all my doubts regarding the material, the portrait, and the overall design. He also reassured me that his page is trustworthy, which gave me confidence to place the order.

Once the order was placed, he scheduled an appointment and informed me when he started working on it. After completing the initial work, he shared it with me for feedback. I’ve bought four of these pendants with pet and person portraits.The process was great. Open to input from me with clarity on the constraints. They were very much appreciated by the people I gave them to as gifts. Not everyone wants to wear pendants but people have put the portrait on their keyring so they can carry it with them everywhere. They’re beautifully done and the pets especially seem to really have been caught in spirit.
